Building a house the usual way means hiring an architect, then a contractor, then someone for tiles and woodwork, and then acting as the go-between when they disagree. When a wall is drawn one way and built another, the owner is the one who pays for the gap. Turnkey design and build removes that gap by putting the whole job under one roof.
We have been building in Lahore since 1994. Under a turnkey agreement we draw the house, get it through your society, build the structure, finish the interior and hand it over. If something on site needs a design change, the people who drew it are the same people standing there deciding it.

Standard or Premium: Choosing Your Finish Level
The structure is the same in both. What changes is the finishing. Standard turnkey covers the complete grey structure plus standard tiling, basic woodwork, paint and sanitary fixtures, and it is our most common route. Premium turnkey is for owners who want high-end or imported tiles, a designed kitchen, premium bathroom fittings and custom finishes.

What does turnkey design and build mean?
One company takes your plot from drawings to a finished house. Design, society approvals, grey structure and finishing sit under a single agreement, so you are not coordinating an architect, a contractor and a finishing crew separately.
What is the difference between standard and premium turnkey?
Standard turnkey covers the complete grey structure plus standard tiling, basic woodwork, paint and sanitary fixtures, at PKR 4,000 to 5,500 per sq ft. Premium turnkey adds high-end or imported tiles, designer kitchen layouts, premium bathroom fittings and custom finishes, at PKR 6,000 to 7,000 or more per sq ft.
Is the area charged slab to slab?
Yes. Only the covered, built area is charged. Open areas such as a lawn or an uncovered courtyard are not.
Can I start with the design and decide on construction later?
Yes. Design is available as a standalone service and also as the first stage of a full project. If you later build with us, the drawings carry straight into construction.
Do you handle society approvals?
Drawings are prepared with your plot's dimensions and your society's requirements in mind, and we plan approvals into the project timeline from the start. Approval rules differ between societies, so we confirm yours at the site visit.
Is there a warranty on turnkey work?
We give a 10-year warranty on our construction work. The full terms are confirmed in writing as part of your project agreement.
