What Grey Structure Includes
Our grey structure scope covers the foundation, RCC frame, block or brick masonry, roof slabs, plaster and conduit placement. It is the shell of the house, ready for finishing. It does not include tiling, woodwork, paint or sanitary fixtures, which belong to the turnkey scopes.

Why Quotes for the Same Rate Differ
Check three things. First, material grades and brands: cement, steel and brick quality change cost and strength, and they should be named in writing. Second, what is counted in the area: some quotes count open space or boundary walls differently. Third, what is left out, such as excavation, plaster or conduit. A cheaper rate that leaves items out is not cheaper.
