Why We Have a Page for Every Society

We have been building houses in Lahore since 1994, and nearly all of that work happens inside housing societies rather than on open city streets. Every society runs by its own rules: who approves your drawings, which hours a truck of bricks may pass the gate, how a boundary wall is shared with the neighbour. The structure of a house is the same wherever it stands. The paperwork, the access and the calendar are what change from one society to the next.

So each society and sector below has its own page, covering what we have seen on the ground there and answering the questions owners in that area ask us most. If your plot is on the list, start with its page. If it is not, message us anyway, because we also build elsewhere in Lahore.

How the Societies Differ, and What We Plan For

Gated societies with their own approval process

Bahria Town Lahore and Bahria Orchard Lahore run controlled gate entry, set hours for material delivery and society-level plan approval. DHA Lahore and EME Society Lahore, now managed as DHA's EME Sector, work through DHA's building control, where structural drawings are approved before work starts and inspections happen at defined stages. We put those steps into your project timeline on the first day, so they do not appear as surprises in month three.

The Raiwind Road side of the city

Lake City Lahore is where more of our completed houses stand than anywhere else, and Lake City Sector M-3 has its own page for the larger plots there. Al-Kabir Town Phase 2 sits on Main Raiwind Road directly opposite Lake City, AWT Housing Scheme is a walled, guarded society on the same road, and Fazaia Housing Scheme is a PAF-developed community with two phases. Al-Kabir Town Lahore covers Phase 1 near Beaconhouse National University, which is a different location from Phase 2.

Newer schemes and established neighbourhoods

Etihad Town Lahore is still developing, so many plots there are being built on for the first time and utility access can vary by block. Jubilee Town Lahore sits off Multan Road, where compact plots make vertical planning and shared boundary walls the main design questions. Central Park Housing Scheme lies on Ferozepur Road near the Ring Road, which usually helps with material sourcing. Bankers Avenue Society is the opposite case: an established cooperative society where new houses go up beside occupied ones, so neighbour coordination and shared walls need extra care.
